The Art Of Edification (Define Edification)

To Truly Define Edification we have to understand exactly why it’s so important and why and how it can add money to your bank account.

But first,edification is truly the art of being uplifting and placing someone above yourself. When you edify a person,you are speaking highly of them and acknowledging there accomplishments.

As humans we thrive when we are edified;it makes us want to do and to perform at higher levels. No one wants to be vilified,slandered,or depreciated. We want to be appreciated for what we do and when we don’t get the acknowledgment that we deserve,we might not work as hard. Sometimes all people want to hear is thank you,you did a great job.

How often on your job will you hear your boss tell you great job or uplift you and edify you before the masses…not too often.  Yet you’re there everyday performing and jumping through hoops to no avail.

Define Edification and Edifying Someone You Don’t Know

To edify someone you don’t know,the first thing you would do is ask the person about what they would have you to say about them;find out about their family and kids. What does the person stand for and do they have any accomplishments that need to be noted. What do they like or dislike…all these things are little clues of what you would be able to use to edify the person.

The Best Industry For Uplifting People?

This industry is the best industry that I’ve seen where people are uplifted. People truly are recognized for their accomplishments and just valued as a person. From the least to the greatest,you are made to feel that you are significant. You are made to feel like you are a leader and are edified as such.

Then when people see that you are edified and respected as a leader,they gain a little more respect for you and become a little more accountable for their actions. They listen more and do more causing success to come much faster and more consistently.

So to define edification I would say that everyone needs it and everyone needs to give it away. What you give away you get to keep. When you edify someone,you are speaking into the universe,and that positive energy is broken up and splits up and duplicates itself,making it easy for it to come back to you in a different form,but all the while you are still being edified. TRY IT and you’ll be amazed at the people that will edify you.
